Located 600 metres from Kypseli beach
and a short walk from the bakery /supermarket crossroads
is the Blue Villa. The villa was completed in September
2000 and offers all round uninterrupted views over olive
and lemon groves. The1,000m² plot has almost 400m²
of patios and is planted with 40 mature
olive trees and with the benefit of a shared water spring
in addition to mains water. The property
was built by local craftsmen using the finest materials
including white marble covering the floors of the
entrance hallway and staircase leading up to the
first floor with Italian ceramic tiles to all other areas
and bathrooms. A solar panel heats the water and an electric
immersion element can also be used as a back up system. The villa comprises comprises
three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and pine
furniture, bathroom, shower room, triple garage, kitchen/dining
room with working fire place and open-beamed ceiling opening
on to a large covered balcony . The kitchen is handmade
and fitted with a Siemens™ fridge/freezer the latest Zanussi™
electric oven all in stainless steel and extractor hood
to match. All internal doors
are in pine with brass furniture and all external windows and
entrance door are in white double glazed aluminium with olive
green aluminium shutters offering maximum security. The gardens
surrounding the villa have been planted with
colourful shrubs and plants .

Kypseli Farmhouse Kypseli Farmhouse is set amongst olive groves approximately 350 metres from the beach and a similar distance from the main road. There are three villa apartments each comprising three large bedrooms, one double and two twin. Each has a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer compartment .The through dining room has a table with six chairs, a further table and chairs in the living room, which contains either a couch or two easy chairs convertible to extra beds if required. All have a full bathroom with shower and two have an additional shower room and w.c. Upstairs have balconies on three sides with sunrise views over the sea to Kefalonia and there is a terrace on the ground floor. |
